Quality guarantee

At MOBII-X, we make sure to deliver the best devices to you. As we also sell in grades other than new, we want to ensure that all devices are thoroughly inspected. This starts from the grade inspection.

			Devices are checked on their conditions once we receive them. This determines in which category they're sold in. This can be one of the following: as new, very good, good, acceptable and stallone. These grades are explained on our special explanation page.
Once devices are filtered out per grade, we'll check them via specialised software. These top-of-the-market software ensure that every device is checked thoroughly on several points including: screen, battery and cameras. If a device does not pass any of these component tests or one of the additional tests (such as the blacklist check that checks whether the device was reported as stolen and/or missing), we either repair or recycle the device depending on the results.
xxxxxxx			Only devices that are checked fully and are determined "no defect found", will be eligible for sales. Once they're eligible, they'll be sorted in our warehouse depending on model, grade and memory.
