On our webshop, we sell several types of product conditions:

• New

• Refurbished

• Used/Secondhand

• CPO

On this page, we'll explain the difference between all different product conditions and grades.

We recommend to always double check the product pages for accurate descriptions.**

NEW
New products are completely new in seal (retail packaging) and never been activated before.

REFURBISHED
Refurbished products are revised, by changing malfunctioning and/or broken components, to make them 100% functional again. All these units are tested via specialized software, guaranteeing the functionality. These units have at least 80% battery health.

USED/SECONDHAND
Used/Secondhand units are units that are 100% original, but in used condition. The units are tested for functionality, but components might show signs of use (i.e. batteries that are not at 100% battery health).

Both refurbished and used/secondhand work with the same gradation system. Please refer to the table below for grade explanation.

Almost like new condition.		Very good condition, can have minimal traces of user marks.		Good condition, may have visible scratches.		Acceptable condition		Stallone condition, heavily used but 100% functioning.
Screen shows no signs of use (no scratches)		Micro scratches allowed (not visible during use)		Micro scratches and more visible light scratches allowed (not visible during use)		Shallow/light scratches allowed. Housing may contain small scratches/dents that are not visible within 30cm		Minimal scratching allowed (visible within 30cm)		Housing may have visible scratches within 30cm, but not noticeable by touching them.		Light scratches, noticeable by touch and visible within 30cm.		Heaver scratches allowed (visible within 30cm), may contain the following: deeper dents, sticker marks, discoloration of the housing. This does however, not impact the functionality of the device.

CPO
The biggest difference between refurbished and CPO? Certified Pre-Owned (also known as Apple Certified Refurbished) are products that are officially refurbished by Apple. They come with neutral Apple packaging, original accessories and 1 year Apple warranty.
