Thank you for your interest in our company. Our team is able to backorder certain items, especially for refurbished. If you're looking for a specific product that is not listed on our webshop, please contact our sales team for information.

Something is wrong with my order!
Our apologies for the inconvenience. If there's any issues with theft and/or missing items in your order, please contact us directly upon noticing the issue. What payment methods does Mobii-X accept for online purchases?

Additionally, we also offer the option to pay with popular digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Depending on your cart, you might be charged shipping cost. This will be visible in your cart overview. We do offer free shipping on certain categories and cart value, please check out our shipping policy page for more information.


Do you ship to my country?
We're able to ship to several countries within the EU and Europe. Our team does have certain exclusions, i.e. the UK and Ireland. Our team also does not ship to the following continents/regions:

- North-America
- South-America
- Asia
- Oceania


When will my order arrive and will I receive a tracking number so I can follow my order?
At MOBII-X, our delivery time is between 1-5 working days for all orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ensure that your technology products reach you efficiently and securely.


My device is broken, what now?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our sales team, so they can assist you further. If the device is within the 14 day cool off period you're still eligible for withdrawal. Outside of the cool off period all orders will be handled as repair procedures, this also includes the replacement or refund of your order (in case the device cannot be repaired).


Can I return a product?
Definitely! There's a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the moment you receive your order. Contact our sales team and they'll provide you with a free return label.


What is the warranty on products purchased from MOBII-X?
At MOBII-X, we understand the importance of providing our customers with peace of mind when purchasing refurbished products.

All refurbished products purchased from MOBII-X come with a comprehensive warranty, which is mentioned on the specifications of the product page. For new devices we give 2 years warranty.

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship (excl. customer induced damage, such as water-, impact- and falling damage), ensuring that you can shop with confidence knowing that your investment is protected.
