PRODUCT QUALITY QUARANTEE
Please note: These guidelines are for educational purposes only. With these guidelines we can ensure that our customer will receive sufficient information before purchasing of our quality procedure and graduation process. If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team for additional information.
TESTING PROCEDURE
Our team takes great pride in its grading process. Our gradation process is split into 2 parts: Testing procedure and gradation. During our test procedure, our team uses one of our testing programs (Mobicode or Phonecheck) for the entire batch. This way we can ensure that all phones in the same batch are measured to the same standard.
Both programs test the same functions of the device, including:
Display
Front Camera
Microphones
Vibration
Flashlight
Speakers
Hardware buttons
Frequency
NFC
Bluetooth
SIM check (call function)
Network connectivity (5G)
WiFi
Face ID/Touch ID
GPS
Charging port
Wireless charging
Sensors
Regardless of the software being used, all devices are tested for optimal condition and come with a detailed report on the device condition. Please see below for an example of a test report.:
Any device that does not pass any of the test results, will not be offered. The following reasons are examples of why a device might be rejected:
Blacklisted
Carrier locked
FMI locked
MDM locked
Demo mode activated
Jailbroken
Screen notification
Battery notification
Water damage
Bootloop
True tone issues (not available/not working properly)
Specific region models, such as China spec
SIM tray missing/damaged
Not receiving/losing network connectivity
Face ID/Touch ID issues
SIM issues
Broken sensors
Device cannot be restored to original Apple firmware
Display issues
Damaged housing/screen
Issues with wireless connections such as NFC and Bluetooth
Our team also checks whether the devices meet the following expectations:
-
When third party screens are used, we will make sure these screens are meeting the requirements (comparable quality with color, brightness, touch features and True tone to the original iPhone screen)
-
Screens have to be the same height as the iPhone frame and fit tightly. No space should be between the frame and iPhone (no nail tip should be able to fit through).
-
Water indicators are in place in the device.
-
When using third party replacement parts such as the SIM tray, we will try to color match as close as possible. There might however, be some slight difference in color from the original iPhone color.
-
All devices are checked on whether physical damage is visible. If so, these devices are filtered out immediately.
Please rest assured our team always filters out these devices and they will not make their way to you.
TESTING PROCEDURE
At Mobii, we have 3 different grades: A, B and C grade. Currently, we only offer A, AB and B grade to our customers to ensure the best quality available. But for this explanation, we will include C grade to explain the differences between the grades.
Devices offered in AB condition are those which fall inbetween A and B grade.
In the following examples, we will give you explanations of all grades and what to look out for. We will also include some picture examples.
